Sorghum Chickpea Blend

This flour blend is really good to use in cookie and pie crust recipes.

3 cups sorghum flour
2 cups chickpea flour
1 cup potato starch
1 cup tapioca starch

Sift all ingredients together until well blended. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
