2 14oz. cans coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
Simmer the coconut milk in a medium, heavy bottomed saucepan. Fold in the sugar and stir until dissolved. Reduce the volume by half (this will take about an hour).
Thanks- for this recipee- I am making fudge and wanted to make it as low carb and low glycemic as possabil- I made it with coconut sugar and it turned out great!
